Elderflower Vodka Collins
Ingredients per cocktail
50ml of Fatty’s Organic Vodka
Juice of ½ lemon
2 sprigs of fresh mint
Hand full of ice
150ml of Elderflower presse
Lemon segment
How-to
Add Fatty’s Organic Vodka, lemon juice, 1 sprig of mint (torn) and half your ice to your shaker.
Shake shake shake it like a polaroid picture.
Fill your glass with the remaining ice.
Pour cocktail over ice and top up with Elderflower Presse.
Garnish with lemon and 1 sprig of mint.
Sit back, sip and enjoy.
Grapefruit Gin Fizz
Ingredients per cocktail
50ml of Fatty’s Organic London Dry Gin
50ml of Fatty’s Organic Pink Grapefruit
Juice of ½ grapefruit
Handful of ice
100ml pink grapefruit tonic water
Grapefruit segment
Sprig of rosemary
How-to
Add Fatty’s Organic London Dry Gin, Fatty’s Organic Pink Grapefruit, grapefruit juice, and half your ice in your shaker.

Pour cocktail over ice and top up with pink grapefruit tonic water.

Thin slice of cucumber

Place the cucumber garnish around the inside of the glass.
